I have purchased many times from this seller. A damaged bag advertised as approx. 20kg but was only 15kg still a little cheaper though. Postage high but heavy item in a thin plastic ripped sack, thanks glad there back in stock will by more soon.

Purchased and paid for 2 boxes of 80 x 85g Sheba gravy food as per the picture and received 2 boxes of 40 x 85g food instead. Packaging not great. Seller contacted and they will not send 2 more boxes of 40 or 1 box of 80 and I have to return the 2 x 40 boxes and receive a refund. Won’t use this seller again.

The seller was fine but the delivery was very bad. The parcel was left at the roadside and not at the front door/porch of the house. No other delivery company gives such a slipshod service. The parcel contained highly absorbent material so it was lucky it didn’t rain because I didn’t find it until the following day.
