Item description 100% arrived from the states in less than 4 weeks. All components look to be okay even though it looks like the box had been thrown or dropped at some stage most likely by the freight companies. The packaging was a little damaged mainly the compressor packaging but otherwise all looks good. Seller was the best in helping out to make sure it was the correct kit for the vehicle. I am off to have it fitted and gassed. Cheers

Item was as advertised. Sales contacted me after it shipped and let me know, based on my truck specs, I ordered the wrong hose. Too late to stop the shipment but I had a prepaid return label in my mail before the wrong part arrived. Great customer service.

Part received was not the part shown in the listing. This was not the sellers fault, but rather that of the Chinese manufacturer. They are packaging less efficient serpentine condensers in boxes with part numbers indicating it is a parallel flow condenser. A serpentine condenser is NOT a replacement for a parallel flow unit. The result is higher head pressure and crappy cooling. Fortunately, this seller stands by their return policy and refunded my $$$ promtly. A++ to them!

this is totally false advertising, its not even a muffler or the assembly they say it is and the pic. shows!! its the center pipe!! contacted them and told them you don't lower a price or discount 600 some dollars on just a muffler !! then I received the center pipe! then the guy hung up on me!! no refund and wants me to pay the freight back and they would give me 50% back!!! these people are false advertisers or better known as scammers!!

I contacted the seller before purchase and they were quick to respond. They confirmed the AC Condenser purchase was as shown in the picture and would mount in the original locations.
