Took a little extra time from the booking of the shipping to item actually being shipped ( shown as in the system at all ). then took a week to arrive on a 48 hr delivery. 😒 ( dont know why ? ) but it finally arrived today and it looks really lovely just as described and pics show. Packed well. Very good value for money. Comms a bit hit and miss, first message answered but then no response to subsequent message / inquiry regarding postage. Overall pleased with item so would use seller again

The garment arrived quickly extremely well packaged. Unfortunately the garment had a few holes that didn't show up on the pictures or descriptions. Contacting the seller,response was immediate. Item exactly as described, properly packed (p&p included in price), and good value for money. Definitely a seller I'd happily buy from again. The only annoyance was outside the seller's control: Royal Mail delivery was 2 hours late on a 4¼-hour slot—both figures pretty bad for modern carriers.

Item arrived exactly as stated and it was well packaged. Being able to pick up at a "collection point" made it more convenient for me. I was surprised when this item arrived it was better than described and the pics led me to believe. I could have been mistaken for thinking the item was "new without tags". Delighted with T-shirt which arrived safely this morning, and is exactly as described. Value is fine. Packaging is awful. This T-shirt was stuffed into a too small a plastic postage bag, alongwith a jacket and arrived, consequentially, with a hole in the back specifically because it was bursting at the seams. Someone at Preworn needs to do a lot better!

I've bought a lot from this company and will continue to do so as they are an excellent company to deal with. Dispatch always quick, quality is good, descriptions accurate and they often have massive reductions making these items very good value for money. Packaging is no frills but thete is less waste to throw out or clutter the house up with.

Jacket arrived safely this morning and is exactly as description. The value/cost, perfectly acceptable. Packaging, however, was poor - the jacket and an accompanying t-shirt were stuffed into a plastic bag which had a hole in the back when the postman handed it over, so not terribly impressed. Other than that, pleased with both items.

When it arrived which was around 48 hrs, it came with a couple of holes - certainly not in the condition it was described to be in by the seller. I contacted the seller, and explaining the issue and, within a day they got back to me, issued me an immediate refund and total me to keep the order.
