Unfortunately, the condition of this Pop came in severely damaged because of the way it was sent to me in a bag instead of a box. To the sellers credit a sticker saying fragile was on it, but with USPS, theres no way it was goinf to be ok. After contacting the seller and showing them the pictures of the condition in which it was received they issued me a full refund and absolutely rectified the situation. I don't know if I'll be able to display him with my others, but they did right by my order.

Seller was very responsive and friendly! Very fast shipping. My mother ( 70 plus years old) wanted this so bad that I had to order it for her on “ the Amazon”. Item was not new in packaging. Box was damaged and covered in adhesive. If this item was sold as damaged, I would understand. Unfortunately, in the original listing there was no indication that it would be damaged or any other condition than new. As someone who collects not to play with the vinyl inside, it s deceitful marketing and I can t trust a purchase from this seller in the future. Shipment made good time, though.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be a women's size L jacket instead of a men's large, size as described/listed. But the seller immediately acknowledged the error and made things right. They are trustworthy and attentive to their customers, which I appreciate.

This Funko Pop was shipped in a poly bag which means it arrived in rough shape (nothing like the images in the listing photos). I've never had anyone send a Pop in a poly bag before - not sure why they didn't use a box - you can get them for free from the USPS. Disappointing, but still gave a neutral rating and not negative. Hope they use boxes for collectibles from here on out.
