Immediately the seller connected back and made it right, enclosing a self addressed and paid envelope to return the incorrect item while mailing out the item I ordered. Very happy with the customer service, communication, and the item once received was in excellent new condition as described. Very excited to add this Program to our Eagles memorabilia. Seller didn't have 1 out of 4 items I purchased in stock and had to order. This added about a month to me receiving the item. Seller communicated all this to me when they sent the other items.
