Although the black cap of each of the 2 cylinder-cans was without the plastic wrap - the Refrigerant content was FULL within the cans. I did reach out to Seller about my concern regarding the plastic wrap was not on the black cap. Seller confirmed to me that the content is true. I used 1/2 a can today on my AC unit. It kicked in immediately stabilizing the coolant. AC unit is working like new now. Packaging of the product is secured and fast. 5 stars to product, costs, and Seller's service.

sucks ~ fedEx issued the tracking number at 3:30 PM on Friday. FedEx is open 24 hours a day seven days a week. The customer service by far is the most unprofessional I have seen on Internet purchasing. The supplier says it has already been shipped. That is untrue. FedEx has not even received the package to be sent. Again. Tracking number on Friday. And FedEx has still not received the package to be shipped. Not good business. Especially Internet sales business.

This seller has a number of negative ratings and the buyers all posted the comment, "never received the product". Purecold2020 sends the same catch-phrase, "We are having issues with our carrier and they are holding the package for improper labeling and have not told us when we will get it back…yadda, yadda, yadda! Purecold sold 384 items, so are you telling me they still don't know how to properly package the item. FedEx informed me that they NEVER received the package to ship. Horrible!

We apologize to all our customers even though we shipped as we were required. Fedex has held and still has over 800 packages that were shipped over a week ago with no communication with us at all. We had no idea they held the packages until our customers let us know they were not moving. We had no choice but to refund our customers or reship and it has been a nightmare doing this while trying to answer emails and phone calls. We have switched carriers to UPS and hope this will not happen again.

I ordered 2 items. I Didn’t even open box the box my Airconditioner guy said you can’t mix. So I wanted to send back. Seller refused to take back. eBay had to step in. Then seller says he received it & that there was only 1 item in the box. I told him that’s impossible all I did was put the shipping label on & sent it back. Then he responded when he gets the item back he will not refund my money. In which I responded you just said you got it with 1 item. Stay away from this seller!!
