Product was packaged very good. It showed up and couple days later thanks to FedEx, but the Jbl boombox 3 wifi, was just as pictured and I'm currently charging it and can't wait to hear it. I would definitely trust this seller and I'm sure i will buy from them in a heartbeat . They responded to every question i had, quickly and even had an automatic response that they were away ,and when they would be back. I'm leaving feedback before I've had a chance to play it. This seller shipper fast and put my item in a padded envelope so it arrived safely to me. I don't have my Playstation 5 yet (in the mail) so I can't fully test my controller but when I pressed on the center button it lit up and responded exactly how it was supposed to. I would like to thank this seller for their excellent customer service regarding my purchase, I was the victim of an unfortunate string of thefts from FedEx where my packages arrived empty. I contacted my freight forwarder and they supplied me video footage of such. I reached out to this supplier with my issue and they allowed me to return the empty package and issued me a refund. With that in mind if this seller uses another courier other than FedEx I will still patronize them. Excellent job !

Arrived quickly, well packaged (hard cardboard boxes for each SSD as pictured, all in a padded FedEx mailer) and exactly as advertised. Nice to see someone offering FedEx 2Day in an ocean of USPS Ground Advantage. SSDs all had 0 hours usage, ESD bags all look like they've never been touched! Open box really did mean open box and not "lightly used" like you see some other sellers saying. Will be back for more parts in the future! Item is in excellent condition. If it weren’t in the original scuffed up box it would have passed as new. BTW the condition of the box is not an issue in the least- just saying that it is the only indicator of it being used. Definitely an excellent item. The switch was in vgc and described as the seller stated. It was extremely well packaged with foam and paper cushioning. The switch the joycon wobble that all of them get but it was still playable. The shipping was pretty fast escpecially since it was ordered on a late friday night.
