Customer service is a one. The postal service lost my first package. They immediately sent me another one back out and low and behold, Both of them showed up at the same time, 3 and a 1/2 weeks later. They never hesitated to take care of the problem and it wasn't even their fault. It was the post officers fault.

Everything showed up as shown in the listing. Quality parts at a fair price! My only suggestion is to tape the spark plug boxes closed. They were loose out of the box. There wasn't any damage but, just to avoid any future possible damage of parts. I will definitely use them again!

Purchased this tiller handle as I was looking for the VTS option. Sellers photos shows VTS included. Handle showed up with a missing key and broken ignition barrel. VTS is not included as photo is shown. Requested a new key and Barrel. Requested priority shipping. Seller did not help me with that. Waited approx a month more for key / barrel issue to arrive. I had to pay additional $340 for the VTS from a local seller. Seller offered me $50 back.
