(it may say positive above... but read on) this is the worst order and worst seller response i have encountered yet here on ebay. the 'made in america flags' are terrible quality, way under the advertised size, and the 'wooden' sticks i paid extra to get, were plastic and shorter than advertised. just as bad, the seller wont even make this right by sending what i ordered, except for a refund. the product and seller are terrible!!

For some reason, I received an incomplete order. Mistakes do happen. However, after I contacted the Seller, the response was immediate and they made amends. Absolutely excellent. The seller was very prompt is sending it out and the product was outstanding, twice as good as one I bought at Home Depot years ago. The box had a hole in it by the carrier, but there was no damage to the item and everything was there including all parts, instructions and a screwdriver. I would highly recommend this seller.
