Item was as described. Dewalt Impact DCF891 works great, and unit was in working order. The Packing was a bit skimpy - only bubble wrap envelope & a plastic overwrap, but unit arrived undamaged. I would buy from this seller again.

The product was what was listed. The listing showed it was being shipped UPS the seller decided to ship it USPS. Which has a track record of losing packages quite often like multi packages of order through eBay. They seem to ship it around multi states to my location. The seller did not honor the offer he sent to me on this product I’ve contacted him and he refused. Between shipping it wrong . I would never purchase from him again this just lost him $700-800 dollars in purchases Bx seal broke

We were in full communication with the buyer and told them we shipped USPS as it would go out quicker as we do not have daily pickup with UPS. There would be a few day difference in sending out the item. Item arrived within the time frame and nothing could make this customer happy and they were rude from the beginning. Will not sell to this customer again and has been blocked.
