Very fast shipping, considering that the package is a bit on the large side. Was a little worried that the packaging would get damaged, but aside from some delivery truck scuffs, everything was in surprisingly good shape. Perfect shape, really. Communication was good. They kept me updated about the shipping locations. Didn’t really find anything to complain about. The price was spectacular. Really a good item. As described! iMac booted up as new. It almost looked like someone opened the box and said “nah! I’ll return it.” My win, their loss. My only gripe is that the box was shipped with the original iMac box. And not sealed in a secondary box to hide the fact an iMac was being shipped. Still required to sign for it. But it would’ve been nice if it was sealed in another box. Great price for what ya get!

The seller shipped the item very fast and the condition of the monitor itself was very good, but I have a couple of issues with the overall experience. The monitor box was not in the best condition, which is fine since nothing was damaged, but unboxing it was hell since the packing foam broke and created a huge mess inside the box. Also, the item description said it was supposed to be opened box, but my monitor said it was at least 160 hours of usage before I even used it.

Here's the situation. Someone hacked my eBay account and fraudulently bought this MacBook. I found out about it pretty quickly, and I was able to contact the companies involved, change passwords, get disputes started. I messaged the seller, Quick Ship Electronics, and let them know the situation. I also found a phone number and gave them a call. They were able to keep the MacBook from shipping, and graciously agreed to cancel and refund the purchase. A+!
