No fault of seller, but FedEx was terrible. Driver only delivered 1 of 2 packages on his truck and took back to warehouse and took several phone call to get them to find second package to get them to deliver. Not sure if we ever would receive it without calls. This was a mini split ac/heat system that are not cheap. Again not seller fault but FedEx fault!

Arrived timely. Packed new in box so arrived intact. This stained glass globe is so fragile and breakable I was kind of worried to order. Good customer service, too. I would call it medium quality - the glass pieces are a little thinner, the black compound is not as thickly spread but it is a great lamp for the price and looks lovely in my room. I recommend this seller.

I recvd my shipment. Good packaging except FedEx is known to puncture boxes with the fork lift and that's how it was delivered. punctured. So far it's in tact inside the box. Really happy I found this product at a good price.
