My package came in perfect condition and my friend absolutely loved it. I'm kind of upset how long the shipping took but I blame that mainly on the distance between the seller and myself, and that I chose the cheapest shipping. Otherwise came completely as advertised. The binder was packaged safely, was a bit banged up but that always happens when I order binders from any seller because of the mail carriers so I was expecting it. Overall happy with the binder and the price was great. My only complaint is the seller had made an offer before that I had to decline at the time but later on I tried to make the same offer and the seller didn’t respond to it which was frustrating and also the communication sucked.

Photocard took a long time to get here but came well and was packaged in a top loader and in a bubble envelope. Photocard has some flaws but normal to album photo cards and came as described. Would recommend if you're patient because the shipping does take a while.

Said there was a discount for new listing though it's actually more expensive than what was calculated in my first purchase. Fine. Anyway, my item never arrived. I was trying to be kind at one point but the wait and staggering communication made me press for a refund during the claim. Seller only replied to my initial message after replying to my claim. Had been scared because of the negative reviews the seller has but everything arrived safely and in a toploader. Seller did message me with an offer to make a separate listing with a discount price which was strange so I told them I would just keep the order as is and it arrived safely and on time. Shipped after 2 days and arrived 20 days after shipping which is sooner than I expected and on time. Seller was nice, the offer to make another listing was strange though.

At first, the seller tried to push me to cancel my order and reorder a "special private listing" claiming it was originally overpriced. I had to refuse twice to insist the item be shipped, and still it didn't ship for a long time. When it arrived, the card was not even similar to what I ordered! I reached out on the 11th requesting the card I ordered and showing what was sent, but received no response. It's now the 15th. Very frustrated and saddened! I want the card I paid for, or a full refund!

Overall communication was so-so. My item did not arrive, and I thought that was weird so I sent a message. Was told it was lost, and that packages take at max 2 months to arrive (I live within 5 hours from Korea). I was told to try waiting for it, I said I'd wait if they sent a photo the package was sent. I was refunded the same day I asked for proof... Anyway. I had to pay for a new listing, but it's actually more expensive than before. Otherwise, be careful when buying from this seller.

So many things were wrong. The seller contacted me offering i "buy from a new listing" for some "shipping" issues. I declined. The description was misleading. And one of the items was completely the wrong member. When seller was contacted, I was offered 2 options; to return the items for full refund of product - not shipping - but return shipping would be out of pocket or keep items for 50% refund. The refund I did recieve wasnt even 25% of product price. Horrible experience

Ordered two cards from this seller. They were uncomfortably pushy trying to get me to cancel my order and repurchase a "special private listing" but did eventually send my order. This card is exactly as advertised, and I'm happy about that since it's a gift for my best friend, but the other was the wrong card and they've done nothing to fix that. Between the odd push to cancel and repurchase and not making their mistake right, I can't honestly give positive feedback. This one card is good, tho.

The diary was exactly as described and in perfect condition. The packaging had multiple layers of cardboard backing surrounding the journal on all sides which prevented any damage or bending even through international shipping.
