The quality of the spring hangers are very good. They came adequately packaged and had a coating of oil to keep them from rusting. The sellers are very understanding, my first shipment was 1 week late and had no updates to the shipping so I messaged them about it and they said they were sorry and sent a second package which came. Ordered strut on 4/14. Package was lost by USPS somewhere in Illinois. After 2 weeks contacted seller on Monday, 4/28 and by Wednesday 4/30 the replacement was on my doorstep, thanks to seller and FedEx. The communication with seller, and quick resolution of the shipping problem went above and beyond my expectation. I did not receive what was pictures, or described in listing. They sent me a alike item, but that is not what I wanted. I want what was pictured. They drug their feet nearly a week, then sent me a return label. This was a time sensitive purchase for me, there is no time for me to re-order the CORRECT item, and the seller did not offer it. So obviously they do not have what I ordered or what they advertised. Waste of my time. Slow communication from seller.

Great company to work with. I made an error when ordering and had the wrong bolt pattern on the hubs. They allowed me to swap out the hubs for the correct ones. They lost money shipping me the new hubs but are truly all about helping the customer. Highly recommend these guys.
