The pictures in the listing showed the box was damaged took a chance to save a little money and the screen on the device was cracked.I sent a picture to seller got a message right back, they told me they would send another device free of charge and didn’t have to return damaged one.I didn’t expect them to do that cause I already knew it could be damaged cause of the damaged box. Long story short the seller is an awesome seller & made customer(me) happy.I will use seller again. Would recommend

The item was very well packaged and arrived in better condition than described. Even the damaged parts were still included, making it easier to diagnose the issue.
