There was a shipping problem. FedEx gave the wrong shipping number and said it was delivered. But not my item, it was to DMV. I let the seller know the problem and they quickly found what happened. Then gave me the correct shipping number. I just got it today. Their customer service is excellent. I give them an A+ for being so quick to solve the problem. The product is of excellent quality. If I need anything else, I will buy again.

I give 5 stars to the VITA company - one of the side panels was damaged in shipment. I contacted VITA directly and they sent a replacement within the week. They also have a 10 year warranty on this product.

Listed items they can't (or Won't) deliver. Probably because this was more expensive than they thought. Ordered on May 8, 2025 and then this morning I received an email that my purchase price was being refunded. Delayed my project my more than the week they wasted. Beware this seller.

Never received item The sellers are scammers. First they take the order then contact you to tell you that they can’t get the item from their vendor or. Manufacturer - then when you tell them it’s fine you will wait - then they pretend to ship the item to you - and then cancel the order themselves. What a waste of time and hassle - stay away from these scammers . I thought eBay was a safe platform but this experience makes me feel otherwise

I ordered this product and waited several days for it to say it had shipped and to get the tracking number. After over 5 days of no update I sent a message to this seller. Magically a tracking number was provided. No message back just an “update” on eBay’s app. Then it said it was delivered. It was not delivered to my house. Picture showing delivery not my house. FedEx said my house number didn’t match tracking Contacted seller who said it was the last one and lost. Feeling a scam

I received an incomplete package. The seller requested that I ship the entire box instead of the missing items, despite the photographic evidence and the detailed weight of the package in the FedEx shipment. I couldn't return it because I shipped the sink to Los Cabos, Mexico.
