This is a good quality item, however, it had been unpackaged and handled, so it was not clean like new. The repackaging was not good, all the parts were falling out of the inner packing. FORTUNATELY, it arrived mostly intact, with a tiny chip where it won't show. I am happy with the shelf overall, and would purchase again, but maybe not here.

Item was originally described as “pickup only” in a far city, but upon inquiry they offered to ship it. I had to follow up when I received no shipping notification after a week; they apologized and it went out the next day and arrived promptly as promised in great condition. Was literally the last of this fixture available anywhere, so I’m just delighted to have it. I am not under the gun so this was no trouble for me at all.

Package arrived a couple days late, it was exactly as described, nothing missing, good pricing, I did contact seller and was told they had been moving there business they apologized it was taking longer then originally promised, package did arrive 2 days later. all in all a positive experience and will deal with again.

Extremely helpful Seller after a glitch in payment processing by ebay. Seller was relocating so there was a shipping delay of which I was aware. Ebay withdrew funds almost immediately long before the item shipped (not a funds hold). Seller made it a priority to locate the item promptly and get it out the door since funds had been withdrawn. I'm sure this was no small task after a move and it was much appreciated. Item was as described and a good value.

I received item exactly as described and all would be great except for the Seller's exceptionally long "processing time" . Ordered 12/3, shipping label printed 12/9 (which shows as shipping date on ebay) but USPS tracking shows they didn't receive product shipment until 12/18 or two weeks from time of order. USPS delivered package 12/23.
