Escaped cloth bag during 6 day Priority Mail delivery I am currently asking for satisfaction communication with seller underway they were timely in communication but issues have not been satisfied. You wrote "box was intact", so all the worms were in the box, alive, and the worms were in a "dessicated condition". In the listing I wrote, " the worms are shipped in bedding that is mostly dry. Spray the bedding and worms with water to bring them to the moisture level of your bin. The worms will appear sluggish at first but will be lively after several days in your bin. I weigh 9 ounces for weigh loss under normal conditions. Put the worms in the bin, wet them and they will be fine.
