My attempt to purchase this item started out in a less than stellar manner. The seller was on vacation when I tried to initially purchase, and their ‘store’ was not allowing any sales transactions to be completed at that time. They did eventually return and once their ability to accept transactions resumed, everything went just as smoothly as one could want. No complaints. Just needed this item right away. It arrived in good condition.

Item arrived with incorrect pulley mounted on it. Contacted the seller and they were very responsive and indicated what actions I could take. I chose to keep the alternator and swap over my existing pulley due to needing this vehicle up and running ASAP. Seller was in constant communication while we sorted this out. Everything's running fine so far and I'm hoping I do not need to use the one year warranty, because changing alternators in these vehicles is a PITA

Ordered on a Friday morning, received product by the next Tuesday. In my opinion, it was poorly packaged, in a box that was too small and taped up to forced it to fit. But overall, the product seems good. Husband put alternator in and it works. I’ll update review in a couple months after some miles are put on it.
