This seller was amazingly helpful… I ordered the wrong item (well, the right item, but with the wrong firmware) and the seller was kind enough to cancel the transaction and offered to have me send him my item so he could find the correct ear it with the right matching firmware. I couldn’t have asked for a more generous offer from a seller. I can’t say enough good things.

Received my Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds today, both left and right-ear units. I paired them with my storage case and fully charged them. Once the set-up was complete, I fired them up and was not dissapointed! They sound incredible and are a tremendous value when compared to the same exact pair new!

The buyer took the time to message me and reconfirm that my software version of the right earbud matched up to the left earbud that was being sold. Of course, I confirmed that before purchasing but I respect that they went out of their way to make sure all was well just in case that was missed in the description before shipping the item. The left earbud is paired with no issues and works like it was the original. It came quickly and in like new condition with an additional. earbud tip.

The earbuds case came just as shown in the photos, even has the gash on the front. The case charges, so I can confirm that the seller was talking the truth about it not being "sold for parts." Personally, I think $74 plus shipping is a tad too much, especially for the damaged look of the case, but it was plenty worth it in the end.

There were problems that the package appeared at my old address and I went there and it was not there but after 3 days it was solved and I received it in my mailbox and I was trying them and everything seems to be great. The only negative point was that I did not have the original ear tips but it is not much of a problem I can buy a pair for $15.
