Although it was shipped out later than I expected, I was pleased that it still arrived within the initially purported timeframe, probably due to shipping with FedEx. Product is exactly as described. It was shipped quickly but apparently the post office lost it. Good thing it was packaged well because the box look like it went through a hurricane. None of that is the sellers fault, however I did reach out to see if they had anymore information because the tracking stopped 3 days after it was ordered. They never answered me. Even if they didn’t have anymore info, it would’ve been nice to hear back.

This is my third time purchasing this product online. It seems it can only be purchased online. The only thing I can see with that is that I still have not been able to get the color that I purchased when I purchases in store at Ulta. It is not that I am choosing the wrong color. It is that the color is not as dynamic as it was the first time I purchased it. So I’m still not happy, but thank you for your fast shipping and excellent packaging.

Item arrived quite later than proposed, however it was not this seller's fault. It was Fed Ex dragging their feet! This item sat in their Orlando facility for quite a few days before I complained to them. Then, all of a sudden it moved! The item itself was very well packaged and without any damage. Good value and quality for the price. Would do business again with this seller.
