Item was quite misleadingly portrayed in seller's eBay ad, showing a completely "populated" printed-circuit board, with all the electronic parts needed for the board to function as a Morse Code practice oscillator. But the bd arrived with no parts on it at all, "bare", and useless to me. Seller was declined to refund me, but suggested I return the item, though his "store" states on eBay that he does not accept returns. EBay then stepped in and got me the refund even without the hassle of return.
