Once I opened the box, the items were not what I thought I had purchased. I didn't like the items I contacted Seller and let me know that I wanted to return item. I only had the item for 3 days before I contact Seller to return item. Seller asked if I would accept $7 dollars as a refund and keep the item. I rejected Seller's offer and asked him to provide a return shipping label. Seller didn't provide a return shipping label, so I asked for Ebay customer service to get involved. Ebay resolved it

We simply guided you on how to mark the return. When you contacted eBay customer service, the return shipping label upload deadline hadn't passed yet, so your assumption that we wouldn't provide a label was incorrect. We offered a partial refund as an option to resolve the matter quickly, but since you rejected it and requested a return, we were prepared to assist. The fact that eBay had to step in doesn’t change the fact that we were willing to work with you on the return process.

I cannot rate the item as I never received it. After waiting seven days, so much for fast shipping, I tracked the package only to find out the postage was not paid, and the package was not going to be delivered. So, I have to explain to my customer that they are going to have to wait till I can get the part. The seller did respond with a refund. It seems to be getting worse all the time with these Ebay sellers. I am either getting broken or junk parts or not getting anything.

Air filters look great. I kept checking tracking but USPS would say they are waiting on package. I tried to contact seller but really got nowhere. All of a sudden I got a message from eBay asking me if I could wait a couple of days. After that I was able to see the tracking. I'm not sure what really happened, I think it was USPS .

I ordered a fuel pump on Aug 18 it finally showed up Sept 5th. Not the vendors fault. The postal service lost it. Contacted the vendor they looked into it and asked if I would wait a little longer to see if it shows up. It finally did. They gave me a small refund due to the long wait time.

I purchased a part from a N America based seller. Part arrived in good order. However it did not fit my vehicle. I sent pictures of misfit and my VIN. They indicated they would check with their supplier. 5 days later i followed up; they asked for VIN make and model although already provided. another 5 days later no response. Then they offered a $5 refund on $26 item. I asked for refund. I sent back to them using their label. They disputed delivery. When I provided proof, they refunded.
