Item shipped right away, and showed up in the normal amount of time. The packaging was fine for a clothing item. There was a tiny hole inside the pocket of the sweatpants, but not anything I can’t easily fix. If the sweatpants were not fairly rare this would probably bother me somewhat, but for the price the value was fine. The used item description does kind of cover minor issues like that anyway, so not a bad seller at all.

These beautiful candle holders arrived badly broken due to mishandling by the postal service. The items were well-packaged by the seller and included "Fragile Handle with Care" stickers. The box had to have been dropped in order for this damage to happen. This was no fault of the seller, and when I contacted her to tell her how the package arrived, she was very gracious and helped me to know what steps to take to get the issue resolved. The listing did not say "paint chiping" after using this iron for the first time the paint adhered to my hair from the heat of the iron. I had paint stuck to my hair! I did contact seller, he said to send it back but i paid $10 for it to be shipped to me and i was not paying again to send back. I was able to go to my hair stylist to have a conditioning treatment to remove the heated on paint from this iron. $$$ a very costly experience all this for a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT purchase from this seller.
