Item promised was a "Fog Color." This is a blue-colored item. A cream-colored item was shipped that was not new (it had been opened and repackaged -- the seal was broken and the cardboard inside had been torn open. Would not recommend this seller. But I did receive the item, just not the color advertised and promised.

It was very unfortunate, but my item was confiscated at an Oklahoma postal facility for illegal addressing. The seller told me that it was an error in their system. I was offered a different color of the product but I only wanted the color I bought, which they had no more of and didn’t know when they would get it back in. They offered to return my money, which they did. Their communication was great and their offer to refund me was good. I only wish I had what I ordered instead.
