Absolutely great company my package was stolen unfortunately, they worked with me the entire time with good communication. seller offered 2-3 day dilivery. sat on their shelf for 4-5 days,said a new girl put it their and forgot it, they said sorry, i said false advertising, never offerd no compensation at all, just a IM SORRY, if you look at there feedback you will see im not the only one .they have done this contless times to other people, they put 2-3 day delivery just to mislead you. they offered a return label to send to ebay and iwould have to wait till they get it back for a refund, i think is horse manure!

Nice product, but no instructions or marking indicating it is in fact the right part. Packaging was nice, but shipping was slow. If you have patience, you will get the part, and then hope it is the right one. No real contact with the seller. I had to ask them to send it out, as I needed it, got a quick reply. I guess if you need it, they are ok.

Product is as Described. Solid packaging with prompt delivery. Ebay has too high of expectations with leaving feedback nor do I have the time to leave detailed feedback beyond what is stated at the beginning of this incredibly lengthy review that encourages the buyer to not leave a review at all which is unfair for the seller. This is the absolute best company to purchase from. The quality of the item purchased was great, though the needle and seat did not fit my OEM carburetor even though the kit was an exact fit for my 1975 Yamaha YZ80. Follow-up after the purchase was necessary due to current tariff policies with the item never appearing to be shipped. The company responded immediately to every inquiry. On their on accord, not waiting on the USPS for delivery info, a second item was shipped via overnight FEDEX!

Never received items. Messaged after several weeks of no tracking updates or anything. I really needed these parts to fix my bike that still is not fixed thanks to ordering from these guys. They use some weird shipping company you've never heard of who obviously suck at delivering stuff apparently. The seller gaslighted me that the package was on its way saying the tracking reflected that even though 3 weeks later the tracking hasn't updated once and my stuff still isn't here. Absolutely ridic.

The wrong part was delivered, for a CB350 not a CB77. I returned it no problem at their cost. Good communication, one concern about their return policy: They pay for the return, but will charge a re-stocking fee in some cases. Once I explained to them that this was their mistake, not mine, and that was why I returned it - they also refunded the re-stocking fee. Fast delivery, well packaged. I will do business again, but I will also make sure I am receiving what I ordered. Many thanks!!
