I'm very pleased with my experience getting this Thinkpad T580 from SJ Computers LLC. It was packed excellently and shipped promptly. The item was as described - other than one issue (now resolved). The only issue: one of the batteries had 12% health and wouldn't charge. The price was okay even with a dead battery so my only complaint was with the item description. It was likely an honest error and the seller was responsive in issuing a $10 refund. A used (larger capacity) battery cost me $40.

Refurbished desktop PC arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The item description promised an i5-8500 chip. Instead I received an i5-8400 which is slightly older and less powerful. The seller apologized and offered a $10 refund which I accepted. The PC needed several critical software updates which were readily available from either Microsoft or Dell. Communication with the seller was prompt and courteous. I would purchase from this seller again despite the incorrect item description.

Great price and received the item in 2 days. However, 2nd drive was locked by bitlocker and I contacted them via chat and email with no response. I had to call to get a response for them to replace or fix the drive. They said they would send a new one out but I have not received confirmation yet.

The computer arrived promptly, two days before the projected date. The computer itself was exactly as advertised, although I had an issue where the power button was stuck down because the stalk was too long. when i reached out to the seller about this, they attempted to resolve the issue, but I fixed it in my own before that was necessary. Keep in mind, this is a refurbished computer, so a lot of the parts are pre-owned or bought cheaply. overall, it was exactly what I paid for.

Computer arrived in expected condition. The OS appeared to be completely clean with no pre-installed clutter which was great. I ran a couple days of burn-in tests to check things out and no issues. The packaging was tight and efficient but seemed very secure. Before purchasing I'd asked the seller a couple questions and the response was clear, accurate and fast.
