Due to no fault of this seller, the original package was damaged by the post office and all I received was a ripped bubble wrap envelope inside a plastic bag that had a standard note saying the post office had damaged it. They not only damaged it, they lost the part and sent me an empty damaged envelope. I contacted the seller and they automatically sent me a new part at no charge. Just by these actions I feel you could buy from them with confidence. Rate them A++++

Got it, as described. Only thing is, I ordered 4 cables and a headlight bulb. Seem like I could have saved alot on shipping if they all would have been put in one box. But, quite possibly, I didn't click somewhere or order in a way that they knew it was all going to same place. Not sure. So I wouldn't say this is their fault or say this is negative, just wished i could have saved that money. It was like 5 to 10 dollars an item x 5 items.

One of the best sellers on eBay. I needed parts for my sled. I ordered what I needed, contacted the seller and told him or her that I need the parts by the weekend to go riding. The seller got the package out that very morning, I received the package the next day. Awesome.

Good quality. Worked well. The only problem I had was I had to order the parts twice. The first time the parts didn’t arrive. I canceled the order and re ordered. Ended up buying the same parts twice because the first order never got canceled. I left 2 messages and never got a response. Armed with that experience I decided to keep the second order. I don’t feel like they would be helpful in returning it being I had no luck canceling the order. It’s not the vendor fault but the post office

Shipping was slow and seller was unresponsive. Item shipped late and arrived after the estimated delivery date, despite being from the next state over. The product was incomplete—missing valve seals and not a full top end gasket kit as advertised. Seller uses identical misleading descriptions across listings, just changes the bike model & part number. Messages about the issue went unanswered. Chose this seller for speed and convenience but was disappointed. Will buy elsewhere next time.

Not sellers fault but eBay guaranteed it fit and when it didn’t they gave me a partial refund and I had to pay the return shipping. Spent almost $17 on the purchase and was refunded $2.04 after shipping. I would have thrown them away had I known this before I returned the items 🤬

Absolutely disgusted in the lack of service. The item was broken during transit due to insufficient packaging, I received a very blunt message "return it there is something wrong with it". I was happy to work with the seller; however, stopped communicating after one blunt message. I do not recommend this seller to anyone & do not encourage anyone else to reward the poor service. I waited prior to this feedback to allow a civil response.

Ordered a sprocket and chain kit from these guys. When it arrived the front sprocket was missing. The Fed Ex package was torn apart and I believe the sprocket fell out of the package. They shipped me another front sprocket the next day!. Good customer service.
