While they did send an additional product for free, it wasn't what I wanted and didn't resolve the issue. Moreover, the seller's response to my concerns was very unprofessional. After 20 years in business, this seller might need to reconsider their approach. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller. R.I.P
