Ordered a Star Trek Eaglemoss starship from seller. Item is exactly as described and in brand new condition. Item was well packaged and shipped promptly however box was heavily damaged sometime during transit. Thankfully ship magazine and box were not damaged at all. I am very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to dealing with this vendor of high quality collectibles again in the future! Highly recommend as a great seller.

Item arrived several minutes ago and as always, it was packaged very well for shipping. I'd give an A+ for packaging (bubble wrap was around the item box and foam was placed to the sides of the item box and on the top and bottom of it). The item box itself was in new/good/mint condition with factory seal intact. I definitely recommend this seller still!👍🏻👍🏻💯

In my experience, Smalen is one of the best sellers on eBay! He's quick and polite to answer, and I had a most pleasing experience shoping from him. The item I bougth, a very frail thing, was packaged with the upmost care. And although the model arrived a little bit damaged --something that wasn't neither the vendor nor the shippers fault, but the original makers of it--, I was able to fix it precisely because of the care he took with the packaging, preventing any further damage. Item arrived a day early. It was packaged well for shipping (bubble wrapped inside a box), and the item box was in good/new/mint condition. The item box was indeed factory sealed; however, I didn't want to break the seal to open the box to see if there was a magazine inside. I might buy a second Ent-E to display; in that case, I would open the item box and could then see if that one has a magazine.
