Great dealing with seller no problems at all. Engine is brand new as described and the price was wonderful, better than the cost of a new tractor. Packaged very well but during shipping the package was beat up by shipping company, not sellers fault. I would use this seller again with 100% confidence!

Description was "new, open box" but there were some small signs of wear and it was not shipped in what I would consider a "factory" box, but I could be mistaken. The shaft was pristine and showed no signs of wear, so guessing it was not operated under resistance. Fast shipping. Good transaction.

Shipping was very timely. Product was described. There was a small issue with mismounting of one tire on the right rear wheel but the vendor responded with a solution and the issue was resolved rapidly and satisfactorily. I would happily do business again.

Packaged really well and even had plastic banding to make sure the box was secured after everything was taped up, sadly it took 4 days to create the label and shipped on the 5th day after I ordered then it got lost in transit so it took close to 20 days to get here from the 20th of February. I would have given 5 stars if it didn't take so long to get to USPS, it getting delayed in transit wasn't the seller's fault.

Positive experience overall…I’m a workin’ man and my tools are my livelihood. eBay has been a staple of mine for near 15 years and 90%+ of all my tools are purchased thru EBay. So shipping speed for me is crucial…I purchased on the 4th, and didn’t ship til the 9th. Recv’d 13th. That’s 5 days in limbo, when I’ve recv’d hundreds of items that I recv’d in less than 5 days, from day of purchase. That would be my only gripe. Other than that, transaction was spotless!! AAA+++!!!

Fast shipping although the delivery driver could have done better he didn't even knock on the door he just dumped the package next to the garage and left. Thankfully the packaging was fantastic and there were no damage at all to the transaxle. I would be more than happy buying again.

I couldn't be happier with how fast my item was shipped. Only problem was from FedEx. They must have dropped my new engine 50 times between Indiana and California. They broke the blower shroud to pieces. I told the seller about it, and they sent a new shroud to me immediately. I think they are great. FedEx, sucks, and I told them so. Not that they care.

The part that was delivered was a different part # that was advertised & wouldn’t fit, therefore had to be returned. I paid $416.xx for the part & received a refund of $339.xx, why ? No sale was made. Original listing stated fit Cub Cadet RZT-50. Seller said customer had advised him that this part # would fit. I advised him that it didn’t not fit, had to be returned. Now the listing states fit some Cub Cadet RZT-50. I did not receive the part that was advertised.
