My first order didn't arrive, they had miphap on the road! They gave me a choice of refund or have another package sent! They were well informative to me & nice so I decided to have another package sent to me! I know things happen sometimes that can't be helped! The new order was received in a timely manner! Went to purchase new lawn mower battery at both store where purchased and online. Cost was between $175.00 and $200.00. Wow. I could not afford. Then tried EBay and found just what I needed at under $50.00, and battery is new. Item arrived fast, quality great. had a question for seller. Reply within one day. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

I purchased two 6AH batteries. They asked if I would accept 8AH as they were out of stock on the 6s. The batteries arrived quickly but unfortunately one of the batteries suffered something fatal during shipping, the battery would do nothing. I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped me a replacement. I have used both batteries on different tools, one being a string mower which are real hard on batteries in the thick stuff and they appear to hold charge well!

Hard a Hard time with communication with these people and my order got within 30 miles from me and it was sent back to the seller this went on I think it took around 3 weeks to get it and I was short one battery so then I contacted them with a screenshot of my purchase and the day of purchase and they sent me a picture of one charger and one battery so I sent the pictures again this went back and forth for a few days and finally I told them I would contact ebay and a week later my battery showe

The battery I ordered on my first order was defective. I contacted the seller who provided me options for the item. I chose to replace the battery. A second battery was sent. It was also defective.
