Shipment tracking was less challenging than for the other two articles which I ordered from the same seller: at least, I got a DHL tracking somewhen, which was more accurate and on time than the tracking information from the Ebay Illinois global hub. Packaging was adequate. The article is as described and in very good condition. Good value for the buck. Excellent EBAYer. Two thumbs up!

Arrived as described and pictured. Shipped immediately. FedEx delivered it in almost exactly 11 days. I won't hammer the seller for what they couldn't control, but as a seller myself for 15+ years I don't use or offer FedEx for this reason exactly, unless there's no real fair alternative for my buyers. This isn't the first time, although it's not typical usually. I'd rather take the hit on price than have something show up crazy late with zero communication. I got this on 5/1 at about 820pm.

This is my second purchase from this Five Star Seller! The shoes are in new condition and the seller’s BIN price made my purchase an exceptional value. Shipping was quick but delivery slightly delayed through no fault of the seller. The tracking provided allowed me to see my purchase sent in many wrong directions by USPS before arriving at my home. The shoes I ordered arrived within a week of purchasing. They were packaged in a bag mailer which I feel was adequate. Upon unwrapping the condition and appearance met the ad description. Overall, I feel it was a good value based on what I paid for them the shoes exceeded my expectations.

Delivered promptly, very well packaged and at a fair price - INCLUDING reasonable shipping. Aside from being canvas instead of leather (as described), I’m satisfied with purchase. My concern is that the description discrepancy could be an understandable issue for prospective buyers. I’d encourage seller to endeavor to be a bit more diligent in future listing accuracy. Again, I’m not unhappy with the purchase, justa bit disappointed and would certainly buy from again.

I have ordered many HOKA shoes from eBay. Never have I received a pair with dirt on the shoes. The pictures did not show the stains on the sides nor dirt. No care was made packing the shoes. Always the shoes are wrapped in paper, then placed in a plastic bag. Even the sealed bag was hastily done and sealed crookedly with a peaking hole in the bag. I have contacted this business twice. No response. I decided to scrub the shoes white sides and soles on both. Spent a lot of my time cleaning them.
