I purchased a 9’ balsam hill tree from seller listed in used condition. The item was delivered in 3 days after purchase! In addition, it was listed as used but looked as if I was the first person to have opened the box everything was still newly wrapped. I was sent a frosted version of the tree by accident when I purchased unfrosted but the seller was quick to provide me with the option to return. I decided to keep the tree as it’s not a huge deal. Seller has exceeded my expectations!

Seller is using stock photos to sell used items in violation of eBay's picture policy. I initially requested a remorse return which couldn't be changed. I had to pay to return shipping. The seller denies wrongdoing in using the photos. Had they followed eBay's policies and posted a true pic of the listed item, I would have passed! In addition, I was made to ship to North Carolina, even though it shipped and was purchased from Indiana. An increase in 679 miles of shipping. $97 mistake! Beware!
