Got item. Happy with it. Not too happy with seller. Poor customer communication. Was over charged for shipping of $10.00 listing is still up for sale. Shipping says $12.59 but they will charge you $22.02 and will not respond to messages for over a week and then blame a different department. Watch out. If I knew this in advance I would have used a different seller. Unhappily with transaction.😢😢😢

Received item as purchased. Disappointed with communications after purchasing the item I asked for a cancelation within minutes. 28 hours later I was denied a cancelation because the item had been shipped. In my 20 years of doing eBay I have never had anybody act like this. As far as the item goes it is what I purchased and I have to live with that. I will definitely think twice before purchasing from this seller in the future.

I gave this seller a positive rating but they probably don't deserve it. I paid a premium for "faster" and better delivery, but I received item in a paper envelope ....and it was later than all of the other items that I purchased at the same time! I will try to not use this seller again...

The item will more than likely be fine, it’s the pathetic seller taking a week and then denying a cancellation request 5 minutes before the deadline and ignoring messages asking why it hasn’t been shipped that pisses off buyers!! If you can find the item from ANYONE besides speedmaster directly, get it that way! If I had called eBay instead of filing the cancellation request, they would have cancelled it immediately!

After waiting the specified 7 business days for them to ship with zero communication, I reached out to see what the problem could be. Received a short email 2 days later saying they are behind and can cancel if wanted. Reiterated I want the heads and to just send me a tracking number when shipped. Received a note from eBay that it was cancelled today and in my message box for eBay, they asked me to call them. No thank you, I will buy elsewhere and good luck if this is how you do business

Zero communication, asked for the order to be cancelled and got no response. There’s absolutely no way it costs $25.86 to ship, I will be more vigilant in watching for shipping costs from now on. Very disappointing. Will never buy from seller again.

Item arrived in excellent condition the shipping company must have did some tossing around cuz one of the ends was sticking out of the box but it wasn't damaged. Looks very good haven't had a chance to install it yet but I'm sure when I get to that point it will look great when I'm done. I very much appreciate it and thank you very much!

For anyone who reads feedback over the black Friday sale I purchased the tfx oil pan.... anyway I get an email add from speedmaster79 and the pan I just ordered off ebay was 35 dollars cheaper directly from thier site. Always check their site before ordering anything. I tried to cancel the order almost 24 hours in advance and about 2 hours after purchase. They didn't cancel. Oh well the pan looks fine and it was still a good deal. Now I have 2 oil pans! Lol
