I ordered two items Jan 14th 2025. They were shipped out the next day. For some reason, the package never left the post office. Twice I contacted them about the package to either get a new shipment or have them contact their local post office in regards to the package. Sadly, they never responded to my messages. I have been buying from them for over 4 years now, and never had an issue before. I hope this is just a glitch.

Product is very good quality, double baged for freshness, and priced well for the quantity. Although, it was 16 days from the order date to delivery to Northern Michigan! Way slower than expected, but I will likely purchase more from this seller in the future. I would knock stars off on shipping, but I understand the value of good press... and know the value of bad press. A goal for this seller to strive for, on time delivery!

BUYER BEWARE!! I am beyond fed up and disgusted by this seller. I ordered some red rooibos tea some time ago and it still had not gotten here. I had to inform ebay about this and hopefully can get my money back soon. This is TERRIBLE! I have emailed the seller but they do not answer my inquiries.
