Product as described and at a very good price (around half of RRP). It was delivered quickly and I would have been very happy but there was a slight problem. However, the seller was very responsive and quickly resolved the matter. So, even though there was an issue, I would not hesitate in buying from them again. Anyone can experience an issue at any time - what’s important is how they deal with it and these guys were great.

I purchased these for a charity. I've not seen them so can't really comment on them hence the 4 star. I do know that the seller was very good and I was able to track the item. Because of this I was able to tell the charity that the items had been delivered and that the delivery person had put it in their milk storeage box and not to the reception which is open & manned 24/7 every day! I'd definitely use the seller again

Was searching for a supplier of Wpro Hotpoint Washing Machine limescale and grease descaler packs for my mum. She had used this product for years for her particular washing machine. Received the package of all 3 cans of thermofoam to find the serial number and expiry date had been removed. I reported to them and asked for a response. Nothing. Contacted manufacturer they replyed don’t use. Told seller and nothing. So I returned all 3 in original packaging using eBay Qr code had refund for the one can but not the two been in contact and surprise surprise No response at all from seller ! Would never recommend this eBay as they sell expired products and don’t reply to messages!
