A top notch seller and a fine individual to deal with! I ordered an item from this gentleman and it arrived damaged due to poor handling on the part of the U.S. Post Office. I requested a return through the e-Bay website and contacted the seller who bent over backwards to help me resolve the problem. I received a refund to my account the very same day and I proceeded to order another one of the same items and I am eagerly awaiting its arrival! This is a very professional seller!

Arrived a week later in a flimsy envelope with no protection I asked the seller to make sure it was protected ( it came in an envelope with no backing at all) they initially sent me a tracking number that said it was delivered two days after I paid and the relative I bought it for didn't get it. I told the seller it went to the wrong address. They tried to tell me it was USPS reusing the same tracking number. The USPS doesn't rescue a tracking number a month later. The seller was using an old #.

There is allot of falseness in this. 1 they ordered on 6-20 and i printed the label 6-21and shipped 6-23 and it arrived today.2 There was a known issue last week with shipping labels purchased through ebay. I purchased this label last Saturday and then a few hours later the tracking showed delivered 2 days it was even ordered. before the label was even created. I contacted the buyer and sent them a copy of the label and assured them it hadn't shipped or been delivered. I even refunded them.

I received my tin sign before Christmas and I was pleased with that. I was also pleased with the quality of the sign. The packaging had a big label on it that said “Do Not Bend” but the sign was bent. I found the package laying on my front porch in some pretty good packaging, but I could tell that it was bent after USPS delivered it . Because I needed it for Christmas, I tried to bend it back the best I could.
