The item i ordered was for a single cover, but they sent me a double size. So i got in touch with the seller to tell them of their mistake, and added that i wish to keep the double cover please tell me what extra money i owe you. The seller replied and told me that i can keep the double size cover at no extra cost. I thought that was extremely generous of them, thank you.

The fleece I bought was despatched and delivered really fast(I'm impressed)item was packaged in a recyclable cardboard box the fleece itself was in a polythene bag to protect it(I can re-use the plastic bag) the fleece was exactly the listing picture, sometimes the colour shown isn't the colour you think you are getting due to lighting but I'm pleased to say it was the right colour and size,the quality is good and so was the price, I wish I'd got two, I'm very happy with my purchase👍😊

The seller dispatched this item on the 7th January .but the courier never delivered the item and after five consecutive days of text saying that the were delivering that day and a time frame, the courier would then send another text saying that they had run into a problem. So the order was cancelled and I was reimbursed .I then had another text about a week later saying the item had been delivered ,but it was not delivered .I would like to point out that this was not the sellers fault.

I wouldn't buy this product again. It doesn't look like the picture once you have stepped on it. The material changes colour so it constantly looks light grey and dark grey with different patches all over. The item arrived only after I alerted ebay to the fact I hadn't received it for over 2 weeks of purchasing. Once I raised the notice, the seller sent an autmoatic repsonse to say it had been dispatched. Poor service and not a great product for the price at all. Buy elsewhere.

This is the second fleece throw I've purchased from this seller. The quality and feel of the fabric is gorgeous. It has a lovely weight to it, not heavy or light. The fleece arrived by courier, boxed and bagged. The only thing I didn't like was the courier knocked and abruptly left. I raced to the door, within seconds of her knocking. Only just managing to retrieve my parcel. This is not the sellers fault. Otherwise good service. Thankyou
