I recently purchased a MacBook Air M2 15-inch from surplusbydesign, and I’m very happy with the experience. Customer service was excellent—they answered all my questions and followed my delivery instructions perfectly. Delivery was smooth, despite a slight FedEx delay due to weather. The MacBook arrived well-packaged with all items included. It’s new (open box) and still under warranty, exactly as described. Great quality and service overall. I’ll definitely shop with them again!

Bought a laptop, the appearance, the value was great. But the "i" key was broken and there was no mention of it in the post, so I contacted support, the support member informed me about the return process and responded to all my queries until I got the money back. It took a few days to ship and finish the inspection, but they returned the money which is rare on ebay. Will surely buy again from SBD.

The pc is as described the only thing that there is no where in the listing they mention that the pc is refurbished it’s advertised as USED but overall it’s working and in good condition battery seems to be ok the ssd is 92% no complains for the price that i paid plus shipping i recommend highly this business it’s my 3rd time i buy from them and won’t be the last no one can beat their prices

This seller sends it out right away, and even with a holiday in between it still arrived exactly when FedEx promised. The box was a brand new unopened (had seals on all edges of box). Getting a new Shield TV for this price is unheard of. You are lucky to get a $50 off at any given time (and they rarely, if ever go on sale). Nothing but great things to say about this device and this seller. Kudos to you!
