It arrived on time. It was packaged safely in bubble wrap. And the price was vey competitive with others. It was the part as described. However there was a part broken that could have been easily overlooked by the seller. It was an internal part. I messaged the seller and got a quick response. Offering to refund my money or whatever it took to make it right. I didn’t take the refund. I improvised instead. And will definitely order from this seller again!

The shipping cost with USPS would have been a fair amount if they hadn’t dropped the ball and let the package sit idle for so long in one location, but I will still highly recommend this seller

Seller worked with me on the price due to damage to a part that I could interchange off my old differential. Very honest and pretty responsive seller. Item was packaged well and looked just as described. Shipment took longer than expected but, I didn’t mind waiting for a good deal on the expensive part I needed. This is an excellent seller. Extremely communicative. The item is very good quality exactly as stated. There was a big problem with USPS delivering. They lost the package. Fantastic communication and customer service. If I could buy everything I need from this seller, I would. He even went so far as to check my VIN, not by request, to ensure proper fit. I originally ordered a right rear side spindle knuckle stub from a vendor based out of Florida but they sent me one for the right front not rear. Came across Sutter Imports who had the exact part I needed. Part took a little while coming from Cali to Va Beach but, it was exactly what I needed. It was packaged precisely and the value of the part was exactly how the image look. Installed it the same day it arrived and I can say it is working fine. Thanks !!!!!

Delivery came fast . Packaging was secure , but I was sent the wrong part , I was told they have free returns but when I went to press return it’s 20$ to shipping and handling when they sent me the wrong part. Def gives scam vibes ! When you return it comes out your pocket so basically your giving the seller your money to be sent the wrong part

Somewhat reasonable price, item as described, clean. Shipping did take a long time Mainly because they took about five business days to get it to the shipper. However, they might want to use a different service than USPS for a while. USPS is having a hard time. but they did have about four orfive days before it was received by the shipper.

Totally impressed with this company for packing and selecting USPS to ship my order. By using the tracking system on my I-phone I was able to track my shipment from Sutter Imports which is where my shipment was picked up by USPS and shipped from their hub to each hub across country until it was delivered to my address. I would like to thank all USPS employees involved at each hub for noting time and date of arrival and posting time and date shipment departure to next hub until shipment arrived.
