This was my second laptop purchase from Swing computers and both times shipping was fast and the laptops, I think were better then described! And very well packaged At a very good price! The second laptop did come with a bad charger I contacted them and they promptly responded and shipped me a replacement charger at no charge! I think they are a 5 star seller and I will purchase from them again!!!! Very good service!!!

Seller shipped out super fast package was delayed due to ups handling issue but arrived package was a little banged up. Set the printer up no grinding noise’s working flawlessly not going to lie I was a little worried and nervous because of the box being damaged.. if anyone needs reassurance this seller is legit just as described factory new sealed plus free shipping and at a great price

The laptop arrived in the exact condition that the large screen images depicted in the item description. The packaging was very exceptional as there was no interior damage to the packing material and the laptop itself. After running some basic tests, I only used this laptop to archive critical data and the laptop still hold up with no hardware or software issues. The seller was very good in comunicating, and the shipping speed was unusually quick for a laptop.

Laptop was shipped quickly and was the exact unit pictured. Seller was prompt to assist when they forgot to include the charging usb-c cable, offering a partial refund or shipping out a new cable. My experience was super! I would for sure recommend buying from them, and the 2019 MacBook Pro 16 inch in 2025! Buying the 2019 intel i9 MacBook Pro in 2025 is a bargain, most are so focused on Apple Silicon that they forget that Intel Macs are still capable and now a great price! Thanks again!
