Part shipped by Fed Ex. Promptly received tracking order but Fed Ex failed to update shipping status. Called Fed Ex on the third shipping day and was told that Fed Ex did not have possession of package. Since I needed the part ASAP, seller allowed me to refuse/return the package to sender. Part eventually showed up in 1.5 day. Seller provided A+ customer service!

Was out of using my oven because needed this part. Part comes and it’s completely wrong. I look at the sticker and seller slapped the part number sticker on a box that made for a dryer bulb. Funny thing is that the wrong part that was in it was a fan for a different oven. Seller listed this as brand new sealed. This was a scam attaching pics to this to show. Now I’m out another week. And the seller wants me to take my time out of my day and go to a post office wait in line and return it
