Overall, customer service was absolutely amazing, they got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I did have one problem when I got my first package, it was not only received one week after scheduled due date, but it came shattered. The packaging does not seem to be adequate. After reaching out, they sent me a new one free of charge when I requested it to be priority shipping, they agreed, but it still took a week to get here when it came.
