Absolutely brand new in the box, complete with hang tags, all booklets and original documents from the factory. Not 1 blemish on this watch. Watch was manufactured 21 days ago. Shipping and authentication took a little more time that I was comfortable with. That’s not the sellers fault. Upon arrival UPS failed to have me sign for it, ID myself. Outer shipping box was damp, and had collapse damage. Expecting the worse, I filmed the entire opening, no damage to Rolex box or watch. Not sellersfault
