Didn’t want to help, neither did eBay. USPS lost my the package and then ebay told me I couldn’t open a claim because I accidentally opened a return and then closed it. Seller still hasn’t responded and I know he has read the messages. I was treated like a scammer because someone lost my package and then no one believes me. Don’t buy with people who use the government usps the worst postal service there is to this day. Don’t buy with this seller because if this does happen, he won’t respond.

Hi - we corresponded with you multiple times about this issue. As we told you, if the package is marked delivered, you have to go to eBay for help at that point. That is eBay's policy. You opened a return request and we approved it. Then I advised you to contact eBay because a refund would only be issued when you returned the item. You said you use a parcel locker with USPS - that is probably where the problem lays as you indicated you've had several problems with other packages in the past.
