Ordered from The Boxery previously, and the quality of the boxes is always excellent. Communication continues from purchase to delivery which is so helpful. Value very competitive. And the speed of delivery is amazing ~ they informed me that the boxes would be a little later in the day but still would arrive~I turned on the porch light and sure enough, there they were! The Boxery went above and beyond to give me good service. When the mailing label was created on April 3rd, it was supposed to be scanned by the USPS to initiate the tracking and provide package acceptance. A week later, the postal service still hadn't scanned the package, so I called and spoke with the folks in customer service at the Boxery. I told them that I my package was supposed to arrive no later than the 7th, but it had never left Lyndhurst, NJ. She offered to send me a replacement order

Simply the best packaging supplier on eBay! Item came next day, were inside an outer box/carton, not just shrinkwrapped like many other suppliers (or worse just strapped). Boxes are high quality, and was still the 2nd cheapest price (you could tell the cheapest priced seller was selling thinner/cheaper quality boxes). I pretty much will buy exclusively from The Boxery here on.

Perfect! Great price, shipped quickly and as described. Minimal packaging surprised me - the flat boxes were strapped together and the whole bundle simply wrapped in commercial Saran wrap. Fortunately UPS delivered them with no damage along the way. I want to sell some books on eBay and these boxes will be perfect. :-)

Thanks. Had a problem with the shipment and it got lost or it got damaged and the seller took care of it immediately. They sent me out another shipment with a message letting me know the situation and giving me a new tracking number. It showed up the second time with no problem. Had a minor issue with a previous order (honest mistake, vendor changed product labeling) and seller went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This order was received the very next day after ordering and as always items are outer boxed to ensure damage free arrival. The best shipping supply vendor on eBay, always a great price too.
