Excellent second hand copy of this book at a good price. Arrived quickly. Packaging could have been in a padded envelope as the corners were a bit bashed in the post. Pull out poster also missing (not stated) but that was expected. Overall very good experience with this seller.

The wrong book was sent, which was okay, because it was still a good book. The seller didn't actually have the book that I had originally ordered, so they told me to keep the book that they sent and still gave me a full refund. Excellent service and excellent communication. The Book itself arrived with a scuff on the front, but after speaking with the seller they very kindly apologised and reimbursed as an apology. I was very happy with the way the slight issue was dealt with and I feel reassured this was a mini mistake and was not intentional by any means.
