I got the item as shown in the listing. I was given a FedEx tracking number, which claimed it was delivered when it was not. It came a day or 2 later through UPS. As it turns out, the seller simply bought it directly off of Amazon and had it sent to my address (it even came in an Amazon Prime package.) Seller also would not clarify or offer answers when asked about the tracking number discrepancy until long after the item had arrived. Got the item, but if you’re buying here, check Amazon first

Great item works well, great price. Note that I have received the wrong notification about item being delivered by FedEx , looked around and no package left at my residence, to find out they sent it to another zip code ,error by shipper/sender I guess . I was confused Contacted the seller but no luck , several hours later that night I received my package with correct address on package delivered by USPS and response from seller that it was delivered. Confused. But glad I got my package

Well I didn't get my item but that was no fault of the seller.. The seller is awesome Great communication extremely fast response a pleasure to almost do business with lol but will do business again and maybe next time the postal service can be a little more accurate. I was actually a little bummed out that the seller gave me a refund for an item that never arrived. It's a shame that eBay forces a small business to pick up the slack for the postal services failures..

Quality of the tabs are new. The manual is not actually included in the order as the description states. However, I think it was a language barrier in the description of the item being sold. The seller made up the difference in the price of what the tabs would cost without the manual with a refund.
