Received items within a week or so, USPS was apparently rough and 1 of the chimneys was broken in the box! Notified the Seller described what happened with pictures of the damage. The decal ripped a month or two after I received it and installed it. I still rated it 5 stars because the seller warrantees his decals for 5 years. Purchased two Coleman pump washers on 05/23. These are about the size of a nickel and could have been mailed in an envelope. Instead, they were shipped untracked sono way to trace them. It’s now 06/06 and they still haven’t arrived. Messaged the seller and received a page of disclaimers about the seller’s shipping policies, the gist of which is it might take up to 30 days for the washers to get to California from North Dakota. Ridiculous! Will not be buying anything else from this seller.
